Chick-Fil-A Chicken Salad

2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup very finely diced celery (left out because we didn't have any on hand)
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
2 1/2 cups of chopped Chick-Fil-A chicken nuggets

Today I went to Chick-Fil-A for lunch. I receive text messages from them every so often with coupons or discounts.Today they were doing a food drive and if you brought in a can of food you got a free 8 count of chicken nuggets. Well I went at noon and was sent away because the food drive didn't start until 4pm (Of course I got lunch there anyway). I picked Clint up from school at 5:30 with 3 cans this time stored in my purse. One for Skyler, one for Clint, and one for Me! We received a total of 24 abosultely free nuggets! What a deal! I had already planned my dinner. Pork Chops with mashed potatoes and roasted cauliflower. Off the subject for a second, the roasted cauliflower was amazing! My non-vegetable eating Husband loved it! Anyway, we were planning on just warming the nuggets up and eating them for lunch tomorrow. Then I had an amazing idea. Googled Chick-Fil-A chicken salad and found a recipe. Clint's first job was Chick-Fil-A; he taste tested my chicken salad and gave me a 5 star! I am really excited so I had to share it with y'all! And, I am excited for lunch tomorrow too!

Children's Place

1 pair of sweat pants
1 pair of jeans
1 pair of windbreakers
1 pair of dress pants
1 sweater
1 sweatshirt
& 4 long sleeve shirts

total cost $15.00
each piece of clothing cost $2.99.
Thank you Children's Place

* So if you did the math... your right10 items at 2.99 equals $30.00 BUT not for ME! If you bought a pair of adorable jeans two weeks before at Children's Place for $15.00 and they were one of the jeans that went down to $2.99 you buy the same pair again and return the old pair that your babe hadn't worn yet! Amazing thinking, I know!

overzealous

So I shouldn't be looking for housing. It is a very bad thing to do. I am going to fall in love with a place and guess what... there is nothing I can do about it because all of these places are looking to fill with tenants immediately. We aren't moving until September. I called one of the properties from another place I liked and they said don't even look until a month before we move. Of course I don't listen. These are the two places I have fallen in love with today.

1. http://charlotte.craigslist.org/apa/1554206131.html

2. http://charlotte.craigslist.org/apa/1554051294.html

Which one is your favorite? Both of these are available for rent to own. What do y'all think about rent to own? Have any of you done a rent to own before?

Now about the fact I haven't uploaded about anything going on in my life for atleast a month. I uploaded pictures from Christmas time, New Years, sleding, and everything else we have been up to for the past month. I uploaded them all unto my desk top and then we rearranged the apartment and need to have a wireless card for the computer so a cord does not go across the living room. It is being shipped so one day next week you are going to get a forever long post from me with lots of pictures. Be excited.
